Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Please note that product images shown on our website are professionally captured, and slight variations may occur in actual products due to lighting, texture, or natural differences in materials. For better clarity, customers are welcome to request additional photos or videos before placing an order.

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your purchase details along with the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for packaging and shipping. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement. However, if the return is for reasons other than defects or damage, the shipping costs will be borne by you, and a restocking fee may apply. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original method of payment. Customized and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
