2. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation
- If you cancel your order before it has been confirmed by our team, we will not charge you any fees.
- Your request will be processed immediately, and you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation via email or WhatsApp.
- In this stage, no financial deductions or penalties will be applied.
3. Cancellation After Order Confirmation
- Once your order has been confirmed and moved into processing, cancellation becomes more restricted.
- If the goods are in the packing or dispatch stage, cancellation may not be possible.
- In cases where cancellation is still allowed, you may be responsible for covering any administrative costs, processing charges, or restocking fees incurred during the order preparation.
- If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a cancellation request. Instead, you may need to explore return or replacement options (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

- Special orders, customized products, or bulk consignments are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed, as they are made or sourced specifically to meet your requirements.
